Thirty day trial, sixty day window
These are digital files, so you get everything the moment you pay. Because of that, our refund
works on use, not on regret.
Use the patterns for thirty days. If by then this craft is not for you, write to us any time
between day 30 and day 60 after your purchase and we refund you in full. We ask for the thirty
days because nobody can tell from one printed sheet whether a craft suits them.
To request a refund, write to hello@stainedglassblueprint.com from the email address you used for
the purchase, and tell us the date of your order. We do not ask you to justify yourself and we do
not ask you to delete the files: chasing downloads back is not a thing we do.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Requests made before day 30 or after day 60 fall outside this policy. Where local consumer law
gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
