What we collect and why
When you buy, we collect your name, email address and billing details. We need them to take the
payment, deliver your files and answer you if something goes wrong. Payment card details are
handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
When you visit, we collect the pages you open and how you arrived, through cookies and similar
technology. We use Meta's advertising tools, so if you arrived from an advertisement Meta may be
told that you visited or bought. You can refuse non-essential cookies from the banner.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not send your email address to anyone who is not
involved in delivering your order.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe, which is
one click at the bottom of every message.
Your rights
Write to stainedglassblueprint@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete
it. We answer within 30 days.
